Matt Foote

Matt joined H&S Metals in 2009, bringing with him over 25 years' experience in the metal recycling industry. Coming in as Operations Manager, Matt has covered a range of areas and tasks including operating the weighbridge and scales, undertaking machine operator and forklift driver duties, and buying and selling scrap.

Following the successful acquisition of the site next door to our Portsmouth yard, Matt oversaw the demolition of the old warehouses, as well installation of new weighbridges, interceptors, new storage bays, new concrete and office refurbishments.

H&S Metal’s Bishops Waltham yard was then opened, with Matt overseeing the running and expansion to the present day.
