Lewis joined Hughes and Salvidge in 2006 as a Demolition Operative and his dedication, willingness to learn and reliability enabled him to progress quickly to become a key part of the team. He was promoted to Supervisor, then Site Manager, and now Estimator, and his excellent communication skills with clients, the site teams, and the public make him a key asset to the company.
