Lisa Donald

Lisa joined Hughes and Salvidge in April 2001 as a part-time purchase ledger clerk, and was soon assisting the group Finance Director in producing draft management accounts, as well as managing all aspects of accounts and HR. From there the accounts team grew, and she took the lead, becoming Accounts Manager soon after.

Assisting with various acquisitions, and having developed various teams over the past 20 years, Lisa’s experience is integral across our divisions. Most recently, she assisted with the setting up and liaising with foreign entities for our Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Portugal projects.

In June 2022, Lisa was appointed Chief HR and Administration Officer, due to her role covering all aspects of the business, including the integration of all new staff, most notably, our new Finance Director in November 2024.
