Frances joined Hughes and Salvidge in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her over 20 years of finance experience across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail, and leisure. Since joining the business, Frances has focused on implementing robust processes and controls to support smooth operational performance and deliver insightful financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Frances leads the finance team, which encompasses payroll, accounts payable, management accounting, and financial reporting. The team benefits from a deep pool of expertise, with several members having dedicated many years of service to Hughes and Salvidge.
