Vacancies: Asbestos Division

Hughes and Salvidge's Asbestos Division are seeking a Asbestos Removal Supervisor and Operatives in the South of England.

The works we carry out are predominantly large scale within a demolition environment therefore experience in this field would be preferred but not essential.

Asbestos Removal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• To carry out/oversee licenced and non-licenced asbestos removal works in line with all current legislation and our own high standard of workmanship.
• To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.

About you:
As a minimum, in date Supervisor Refresher, Face Fits, Medical Certificate, CSCS card and a full UK driving licence is required. Other job relevant training preferred but not essential as further/on-going training will be provided.

Location: Based from our Portsmouth and Southampton Offices – occasional working away.

Rates of pay: £160-£180 per day depending on experience. Overtime and weekend work can also be offered at enhanced rates. Company vehicle provided alongside all tools, PPE/RPE and equipment required to carry out the required duties.

Responsibilities:
• To carry out licenced and non-licenced asbestos removal works in line with all current legislation and our own high standard of workmanship.
• To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.

About you:
As a minimum, in date Operative Refresher, Face Fits, Medical Certificate and CSCS card required. A full UK driving licence preferred alongside other job relevant training, but not essential as further/on-going training will be provided.

Location: Based from our Portsmouth and Southampton Offices – occasional working away.

Rates of pay: £130-£150 per day depending on experience. Overtime and weekend work can also be offered at enhanced rates. Transport to and from work provided alongside all tools, PPE/RPE and equipment required to carry out the required duties.
