Hughes and Salvidge Continue Sustainability Charge

Fresh from the recent re-confirmation of our Carbon Trust
Standard certification, Hughes and Salvidge have enhanced our approach to sustainability
across the business with the installation of new car charge points at our Head
Office in Portsmouth.

As our Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle fleet purchases have increased in recent years, we now have three EV Charge Points at Head Office alongside other standard external charging points for vehicles to be charged at.

In the meantime, we are also proud to confirm that we are carrying out a large-scale upcycling process on our current demolition project at South Point, Heathrow.

220-Tonnes of computer flooring were contained in the former
office building and we will upcycle approximately 150-Tonnes of the specialist
flooring through meticulous removal methods ahead of structural demolition
taking place.

In conjunction with this removal we have also managed to source
a company, and come to an agreement with them, to re-use the flooring on future
projects.
