The awards are one of the construction industry's most notable annual events, recognising and rewarding the best specialist contractors in the business, run by Construction News and with the support of the National Specialist Contractors Council and The National Federation of Demolition Contractors.
Hughes and Salvidge are exceptionally proud of their Health and Safety record and have won numerous awards in recognition of this. The most recent award was presented to Hughes and Salvidge in support of achieving two million RIDDOR free man hours on airport sites.
When it comes to the Business Growth category, Hughes and Salvidge are deserving contenders for this award. The Portsmouth based company opened a Northern office in 2010 to enable it to offer its decommissioning and demolition services nationwide. In addition to spreading it’s wings, Hughes and Salvidge continue to invest heavily in staff and resources to ensure the highest working standards.
