Expertise
Our experienced management teams and supervisors hold CSCS cards and are supported by our full time Health & Safety Advisor who is a chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health.
This ensures that your project is in safe hands.
Training & Qualifications
The company holds and maintains the Platinum Standard for CSCS carded staff. All operational management hold the SMSTS qualification. Operational employees have H&S qualifications including CSCS/NFDC Demolition Cards and/or CSCS/CPCS Plant Cards. One in three employees have completed training to become fully qualified First Aiders.
One of our Directors is a Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers. So you can have total confidence in our approach and method to your scheme.
Job Planning
Every project is individually planned to include site specific Method Statement & Risk Assessments.
In the CDM role of Principal Contractor for the demolition phase, we will prepare a comprehensive Health & Safety Plan and employ the services of an external structural engineer, specialising in demolition, when necessary.
This gives you the comfort of a comprehensive service.
